As I had had to re do so many sugar flowers recently due to them keep flopping and sagging in the damp I decided that for this cake I would try wafer paper flowers. I loved them ! I think they really helped with the wintry icy feel that I had wanted.

Love it! Really love the look of the wafer flowers. It’s one of the things I want to try but haven’t had a chance yet.
