Finally the opportunity to try to make a cake in the shape of the bag, it was a while that I wanted to make one. The color should be black, I thought of a Hermès Kelly with a crocodile texture. The base is a butter sponge cake 30×30 cm, which I then divided in layers, filled with raspberry cream and chocolate ganache and then carved to create the shape of the bag. The decorations are sugar paste and gum paste. The bag measures 28 cm wide and 20 cm high (excluding handle).
