Cookies i made for my mum :) who is visiting us for a month (she lives in Bulgaria)
First attempt at sugar cookies. Followed Zoe Clark cookie recipe but made them gluten free :)
Mum liked them as they were not very sweet which balanced with the fondant decoration.

Thank you :) she did love them :) I hope they cheered her up a bit as she arrived yesterday and there was that issue with air traffic control. Her flight was delayed with over 4 hours and she arrived here very later after such horrible and exhausted day hanging around the airport. But she is here now and i am just glad the flight wasn’t cancelled. xx
