I used tricot lace, very easy to handle ( just don’t over-bake or it will end up brittle just what i did for my second baked coz i forgot which is only 7 mins. as per instruction and realized that it’s already been in the oven for 25 mins. ) and with this lace, you don’t need lots of mixture to cover the lace mat. I love it!
