Yes, it should be fine. Ive been meaning to try a 50/50 fondant, mod choc mix for my modelling. Dont know about airbrushing mod choc though…..

Wow this turned out great! Just to touch base on one of your questions. If you had of just mixed some fondant with your modelling chocolate the color would have been off and it would have been obvious where you had changed from one to the other or at least that is what I found when I had this same problem one time.
