Thanks Rae for sharing. Rudy is an exceptionally talented man isn’t he. I love this cake also happens to be one of my favourites. Damn he’s not just a brilliant decorator but the man has me dreuling almost daily over my phone or laptop with his recipes (bakes) he posts. So lucky for him I’m no where near him or I would be on his doorstep begging for crumbs and leftovers
