Q&A: How many days SARACINO can keep my cakes fresh?

Any paste doesn’t hv much effect with freshness yet as in covered cakes moisture remain intact,it can remain fresh till 3 to 4days

Si ,se conserva perfectamente 4 ,incluso 5 dias, aunque yo mo me arriesgo con los clientes, el fondan hace que el pastel se endulce poco a poco más, debes tener prevusto esto.Hace poco he tenido la experiencia de un cliente que la congelo y me mando un mensaje para decirme, que la tarta estaba deliciosa.

Y con respecto al color, mi experiencia con saracino, es que pueden vivir las figuras secas sin cambiar de color apenas hasta tres años, siempre que no le de el sol directo, con mucha luz no hay problema. No sol.
En el tiempo de tomarlo no se modifica en absoluto.

I assume you are speaking of Saracino fondant??? With a fondant or modelling chocolate covered cake, since the cake is sealed by the fondant, it can stay fresh 3-4 days. I wouldn’t chance any longer. And any fondant can be affected by direct light. If exposed long enough, colours can fade. That’s why it’s best to store a cake away from direct sunlight, in the coolest area possible.
