Christmas Pudding Cake Tutorial

Hi and welcome back to my kitchen (the last time in this kitchen before I move house this week). So with just a few days to go until Christmas are you looking for a last minute Christmas cake idea?

If so what about making a Chocolate cake which looks like a traditional Christmas Pudding. If you’re anything like me I would much prefer a Chocolate cake!

In the tutorial I show you how to cover your cake, how to make it look like a Christmas pudding, how to add the fondant drip and how to finish it off with holly.
