Tutorial for a starry sky effect on cake board

Hello everyone,
For my Capricorn girl figure I have a Cake Board created in starry sky effect.
In order to easily produce this effect, I have two different dark black colored parts Fondant roughly blended together, rolled out and attached to the Cake board with water.
For the stars and the Milky Way effect I have used very simple tools:
- a self-trimmed cardboard in the form of the Milky Way
- diluted with water food coloring (white of Sugarflair)
- toothbrush
- small sieve
Nothing more is needed. At the beginning you put the template on the cake board and now takes slightly diluted paint with a toothbrush (not too much, otherwise unsightly drops are). About the Cake board and the costs not covered by the template points to now sweeps on the wire from the toothbrush. The splash spread in among you squinting all sizes. Once the vacancies were sprinkled accordingly, take the mask gently repeats this process to the entire Cake Board.
