Cake Structure Shoe Kit
This is currently in front of me on my work bench so I thought it would be perfect to share!
I love this kit. The drying ramp is just perfect for the job and the cutters and templates really do make easy work of it. You can make your own templates once you get a bit braver.
It’s a UK size 4 shoe and just fits on top of a 6" cake.
It’s not cheap but it is good. Around £50 and I got mine from Clares Cakery.

Well I’ll tell you a secret…I ordered it quite early on when someone asked me to make them one. I kind of saw it as an exchange…I don’t get paid for the cake but I get this ace kit that I will use loads and loads… no one else has ordered one until now! Haha…must be over a year. So cost per use hasn’t been great ;) if you did want a shoe kit though I’d recommend it!
