Can I ask please , you list to use 100 g of sugar, which appears to be what is added to the glucose. once you spread out your sugar mixture you add more coloured sugar…did you make a additional amount of coloured sugar for this portion OR am I do use only a portion of the 100 g to be mixed with the glucose . Thanks so much , excited to give this a try
