I’m making a tutorial on how I got isomalt effect as soon as possible. Unluckily I didn’t take good pictures of the step by step, so I have to redo the whole process.

Aww, it is gorgeous, Clara! I love the snow and textures on the cake…how did you do the texture, by the way? The gelatin castle is wonderful! I love how shiny and glossy it is! Much prettier than sugar or isomalt, in my opinion. Another wonderful design, my friend! Happy birthday to your princess!

I made that texture using grinded cutouts of wafer paper. I think they make a realistic snow effect .
