WOW! Loren! Why can’t I get my roses to look like that? Can you please give me some tips? Mine are hopeless! This is a gorgeous cake!

OOOooo I like the ‘twist’ you made on the rose-cake- the littler swirls are a lovely touch!!

This is BEAUTIFUL! I can’t ever seem to get my roses “behave” with this technique.

Thanks everyone! I used a 1M for the roses and a #32 for the little swirls. I can’t believe such a simple, easy cake has received so much attention! I’m flattered!! The original technique was from I Am Baker. She is on Facebook and someone told me she has posted a video tutorial, although I haven’t seen it! Happy 2012!!
