She offers many different flowers in her classes, usually five different flowers in 3 days. The class I did was for the sunflower, a spider mum, a moth orchid, a dahlia and an alstroemerias .

They don’t come with instructions, I think you could still use them but a class would help you get the results you are looking for. I highly recommend taking a class when they are offered.
