Very simple, elegant and masculine! Love this. Is the flourish on the bottom tier a stencil or hand painted?

it’s hand painted =) don’t have the time to make the stencil =( it’s a last minute order ( wednesday order for sunday! fiuhhh,,,, =)
I think it will more perfect using stencil! love the the stencil effect!
