Thanks all! Re. my Facebook page (got it in my email but don’t see the note here….) usually I just use my FB page to post blog updates…so most of my cakes are on my blog first. Occasionally I upload to FB but not as much.

What color did you use to get that hot pink? I have tried to get it that color in the past and have not been able to get it. Such a beautiful cake and will def. check out your FB page ;) Great job

Thanks!!!! (My blog is actually more informative than my FB page!) The hot pink here was americolor fuschia as well as americolor electric pink. Unfortunately pinks are very bad about fading or changing, especially in Fondex which I use. This particular one turned a little more violet on me than it was when I first mixed it.
