Thank-You! To do the heart I took a heart cookie cutter and made an impression into the buttercream and then took a small ball tool and gently traced around it then carved the initials into it. I let the buttercream crust for a few minutes in the mean time I mixed a few drops of vodka and some gel food coloring and then with a light touch painted the heart and initial outlines. Hope that makes sense!
