Thanks Christine. It’s a rather painstaking process I’m afraid – many hours spent squishing sugarpaste through a sieve! Not commercially viable (unless you have a large team) but worth the effort for competition. He received a Gold Award, the trophy for Best in (his) Class, and also the overall trophy for Best Exhibit – phew! :-)
