Thank you for leaving such a nice comment on my buttercream wedding cake! I see you are also 99% self taught. I have been in it since 1980 right after a very basic class.. taught the rest to myself. I opened my shop in 1986 and I cater too! As there wasn’t as many people catering weddings too back then~ :)
