Hi Betty, Thank you so much for your kind comments on my dressage cake. It just seems funny to me because You are My hero! I am so in love with your gorgeous buttercream work and beautiful designs! It is a good thing I discovered gum paste and modeling chocolate because I will never be able to pipe pretty flowers (or anything else). I have FINALLY gotten so I can ice a reasonably smooth cake!
