Kiwicakebloke to make the lace you need a lace press can be purchased from here http://www.jenniferdontz.com/Wide-Scalloped-Lace-Border_p_626.html, to get this blue I use about 1Tbsp of Satin Ice blue to 750g of white then added Wilton Delphinium Blue such a pretty colour to work with as you can go from egg shell, through to baby, cornflower then onto wedgewood…hope this helps
