This set is nice. Cik Faizah requested for ribbons and ribbon roses cupcakes in turquoise and peach for her friend’s wedding. She asked me to think about another cupcake design for the set and ruffles came up to my mind after seeing slippers with ruffles on sale!

Thanks Miettes! I like your squiggly First Holy Communion Cake too.. I think the squiggles and ruffles work on the same basis – you must be able fit everything exactly..

Thanks, Goreti. It was an unexpected idea actually. I think people around me was looking at me in a weird way when I was examining the felt ruffles on the slippers to see how it was made!

Thank you elli, OutrageousCakes and AnaRemigio! It is very easy to make… Just cut out the circles (various sizes), fold twice, dry and fit them in!
