I made this mini cakes wedding cake last weekend in the middle of winter for a sea-side wedding. The weather turned out to be perfect! The mini cakes was made from vanilla and chocolate cake and filled with caramel condensed milk, a favorite in South Africa. It was decorated with chocolate ganache, chocolate lace collars, blue-grey chocolate curls and mini macarons.
