Toni, I used (Linnea’s) Super Gold Luster Dust brushed on dry. The fondant gumpaste mix I used was colored copper. I tried applying it mixed with clear alcohol but it was a much nicer finish dry!

I’m going to have to try the dry brush technique, as your gold looks really shiny.
