Bottom is Chocolate cake filled with chocolate buttercream, middle is Ube Macapuno filled with whipped halaya and cream with coconut sport string, top tier is Lemon Cake filled whipped citrus jam and cream. All frosted with Chocolate/white chocolate ganache and finished with fondant. All embellishments are 50/50 gumpaste and fondant.
