My friend had a zombie themed party yesterday, so asked for a zombie cake. She is also fond of a Japanese teddy bear called Rilakkuma. So…. a Rilakkuma zombie! The brain cupcakes were because the cake itself was coffee/caramel flavoured with dark chocolate ganache. I was worried the kids wouldn’t like it, so made cupcakes filled with raspberry curd and raspberry IMBC brains on top… nom nom
