This is a Frankie Stein Doll Cake for an 8 year old girl. The front is diamond cut fondant and black fondant pleating. The rest of the patterns on the cake are made from printed edible images that I cut and patchworked onto a fondant covered cake. I used black piping gel to “stitch” together the dress – perfect dress for the daughter of Frankenstein. The doggie is hand made from gumpaste/fondant mixture.
