A cake I made recently for a customer whose husband is into surfing and chocolate.
It was a surprise birthday gift from a wife to her husband.
The cake is my Devil’s food chocolate cake with Chocolate Ganache, Vanilla Buttercream and Homemade sugar paste.
The waves are Royal Icing.
I had never made a figure of a man’s torso (without clothes) before so use a picture from Richards cakes as a guide to help me with the torso.
