A two tier cake to celebrate my friend Belinda s parents Diamond Wedding Anniversary. I was lucky enough to have a free reign over the design so i wanted to do a predominantly white cake with accents of silver. The sponge was white chocolate and raspberry with a homemade raspberry filling and buttercream. Handmade roses with a Diamond pattern as a nod to the diamond anniversary. Little touches of silver leaf for sparkle and meringue kisses to finish.
