It’s been a VERY long time since I last posted on here so please forgive me. I have really missed this and hope not to leave it as long again. Thought I would share a few of my latest creations.

The Oscar De La Renta lemon dress was the inspiration for this 2 tier double barrel 40th birthday cake. Love the look and feel of this cake and to top it off, at the birthday celebration of my clients they had a cello player in an equally stunning flower dress creation!

I used edible prints to recreate the pattern and a very sharp craft knife. To get the soft eggshell blue I airbrushed the cake which was covered in white Sugar and Crafts Premium RTR (a fantastic product here in South Africa).
