Here is my cake for an international cake collaboration titled “Pawfectly-Doglicious” hosted by an International Cake artist Sharon Siriwardena.

My creation is inspired by the pug dog. It is a breed of dog which have physically distinctive features of a wrinkly, short-muzzled face, and curled tail. This breed of dog has a fine, glossy coat that comes in a variety of colours, most often fawn or black, and a compact square body with well-developed muscles. I have specifically intended to replicate the features of this breed of dog named “Pug Dog” and their nature to being sociable and gentle companion dogs via my cake piece.
