This topper was made to sit on top of a homemade and self contrived mechanism that will allow the topper to turn clockwise and counter clockwise when a pull cord is pulled or pushed. My granddaughter’s 5th birthday is next week and Elsa has been her favorite since day 1. Unfortunately, it looks like we won’t be able to meet and celebrate any time soon so I’m going slow on finishing up her cake.
