This baby shower cake was made for my cousins daughter. Both she and her mum (my cousin) have been supporting my cakes since I started to make them. I made Christie’s first baby shower cake 4 years ago, then her wedding cake last year. For this cake for her 2nd baby shower she requested a simple butter cream finish with a mix of flowers including one pink and one blue as they are not finding out if it will be a boy or girl 7ntil the birth.
The sugar flowers were – rose, parrot tulip, clematis, hydrangea and mini carnations with a few leaves.
