This was a 50th Wedding Anniversary cake I made this past weekend! The couple just loved it as well as all the guests! I am quite proud of how it came together as it was my first three tier cake! The cakes were lemon/Limoncello and Italian cream and the entire cake was covered in Italian Meringue Buttercream. I handmade all the sugar paste flowers which included dark cranberry and ivory whimsical roses, ivory closed Peonies and hydrangeas and gold painted leaves and buds. The colors where so beautiful and elegant together!
