I loved making this cake for my friends little girl who is Elsa crazy! Everything is edible and it was my first model of a person….I made her very tall by mistake so changed her to kneeling down! I’m a little disappointed she just has a passing resemblance to Elsa but I think she turned out ok and Little Elena loved her.

The cake is chocolate with cinnamon. The buttercream is caramel and peanut. It tasted just like a Snickers bar! I couldn’t work out how to cut the slope into the two layer of cake so I made a truffle from the chocolate cake and buttercream to build the shape. It’s like one giant cake pop!
