This has got to be one of my favorite themes I’ve worked on thus far ❤️ I really loved working on each component for this cake. From hand cutting each character, to designing each individual building, to airbrushing the night sky. There’s nothing I would do differently on this one. Bottom tier was marble cake with vanilla buttercream, top tier was red velvet cake with cream cheese buttercream. Both tiers were covered in delicious milk chocolate ganache and marshmallow fondant.
