This 5 tier Smaug Dragon cake was made for a beautiful Lord of the Rings themed wedding at Araluen Golf Resort. The dragon is hand sculpted from modelling chocolate with edible cake lace wings.

Inspiration for this design was based on the gorgeous dragon cake produced by The Butter End Cakery
