This was a fun cake. The whole cake is covered with white chocolate ganache and I just love the way the colors have come up. The first tier is quilting on blue ganache with fondant toppers.
Second tier is covered with white ganache and has fondant silver onlays and the bottom tier is also covered with blue ganache and fondant ruffles. The four cute angels just look so cute .. they represent the birthday boys little grandchildren. And since lilies are his favourite flowers , I decided to make a silver fantasy lily with wafer paper.
