This wafer paper flower cake is 3 layers of moist chocolate cake covered in a white chocolate ganache and coated in massa fondant. These are my 1st attempt at wafer paper flowers. The violet paper has been airbrushed. The lace around the cake is also wafer paper and cut using a paper cutter. I love how this turned out.
