This was my sons 21st birthday cake for today

He is a huge Lord of the rings fan and I wanted to make him something he had never had before

So this is my first cake bust

It is coffee and walnut cake
Ganached
Satin ice rolled fondant to cover

It was great fun to do

Oh my word! So many amazing cakes in the same place at once!
