This is a First communion cake.The chalice has been piped with royal icing and the communion host ,is hand painted with the face of the Risen Christ.This topper stood 60cms tall .
The vine leaves are handcrafted from gumpaste with real wheat husks.
Below the cake are fruit cake wedges which have been individually decorated to match the theme and placed below the cake to complete the look .
The cake board has also been painted with grape onlays.
