Rainbow Dash My Little Pony Cake

I love My Little Pony cakes! They are so colorful & fun, & well, I love the cute little ponies! Yes, I’m still 6 at heart. LOL! The birthday girl’s favorite color is purple, so I used that on the top tier. I’ve always wanted to do one of the rainbow heart cakes, so since i had creative freedom on this one, I incorporated the hearts on a pink background. A flutter of butterflies finishes the top tier. The ponies are toys.

The top tier is Strawberry Fields Forever cake & filling, & the bottom tier is White Velvet cake with White Chocolate Buttercream filling. My client called me within an hour after the party raving about the taste of the cakes & telling me the guests couldn’t believe a cake that looked like that could taste so good too. My FAVORITE compliment to receive from my clients! <3
