Ruby being the theme – this cake is covered in textured painted ganache in metallics and reds, and then topped with a sugar spray in deep reds and copper. Sugar flowers include peony, tuberose and medinilla berries.

Inside a dark chocolate and espresso cake with a creamy mocha filling, encased in dark chocolate ganache. It smelt divine!
