Modelled after my pet, this life sized Westie cake is filled with vanilla sponge and chocolate buttercream, coated with milk chocolate ganache before being covered in fondant. To reduce weight and make the cake structurally sound, the head is formed from RKT. The only non-edible support is a few dowels and a thin board between the head and body. All details were created from fondant (the ears has some Tylose added).
