I made this cake for a lady celebrating her 40th birthday. She changed her mind several times on the design of the cake, and finally left it up to me to come up with something to include her favorite a Louis Vuitton bag and makeup, so here’s the result. The bag is styrofoam covered in fondant with an edible print on top. The lipsticks are made with fondant with a bit of tylose added. I highlighted the cake and the pink gumpaste roses in gold and the client loved how it turned out.
