I’m very new to cake decorating. This cake is only the third cake I’ve done. The first 2 were simple buttercream designs. I learned quite a bit from just this one cake alone. I used homemade marshmallow fondant and this was my first experience ever using or tasting fondant. I’ve got far to go before any cake I make looks half as good as these on here but I had so much fun in the process and I will be doing more.
