The mirage F1 is the aircraft that Sakis flew, while serving the greek air force. Now, at 51, he is still a pilot, but for commercial flights. Those years have been registered in his memory and his soul. He was deeply touched by his birthday cake, all the clouds were eaten(i.e. the cake!), but the sugar aircraft was kept as a souvenir!
