This cake started life as a 6" square madeira….it’s filled with vanilla imbc and choc chips, covered in ganache and then sugarpasted. The fabric flower is coated with a sheen to make it shiny, but it hasn’t shown up too well…was kind of hoping for a leather kind of look! The hook is gumpaste, cast from a mold I made using silicone plastique…
