I made this cake for my sweet granddaughter’s 4th Birthday. Frozen seems to be the theme for so many little girls parties this year. I loved the song Olaf sang in the movie, so I had to do Olaf in Summer! First time doing this style of ruffles, and they were so much fun. I couldn’t stop singing the song while making the cake. I also wanted to do something a little different, as so many Frozen cakes seem to focus on Elsa. The plum tier was inspired by Anna’s cape, and the flowers from the front of her dress.
