Princesses tower birthday cake
This is the first time I have covered the cake with marzipan instead of fondant. I think it is probably the last time .
Marzipan has a rough structure. I could not make the cake as smooth as with fondant. Due to the warm weather there was also a high humidity, which complicated things .
Nevertheless I am happy how the cake has turned out.
